Water-Cool Modular Scroll Chiller

The Gao Cun water-cooled vortex modular chiller unit is a central air-conditioning system that does not require a separate machine room and uses cooling towers for heat dissipation. Its key feature is that it eliminates the need for a dedicated machine room, thereby saving space—making it similar to a mid-sized central air-conditioning system. For units below 200 RT, the water-cooled vortex modular unit boasts higher energy efficiency than water-cooled screw compressor units. Each module of the water-cooled modular unit is equipped with two or more independent operating systems. If one of these systems fails, it will not affect the normal operation of the other systems, and maintenance can be carried out without shutting down the unit, ensuring that the entire air-conditioning system remains unaffected and demonstrating high reliability. Water-cooled modular chillers are categorized by their application into single-cooling units, single-cooling units with partial heat recovery, and single-cooling units with full heat recovery. These units are easy to maintain and manage, conserve energy, and enjoy widespread use. They serve as versatile multi-purpose units capable of providing both heating in winter and cooling in summer.

Customers can optionally equip with a frequency converter. 
It provides users with advanced methods for controlling the operating speed (component and air pressure) and noise levels of air conditioning units at any time and in any manner—achieving results that are beyond the capabilities of conventional air handling units. All required parameters, such as world settings, airflow adjustment, and noise reduction, can be directly configured on the inverter’s interface, making operation simpler and performance superior. The inverter is compatible with motors of various speeds and is designed for use with three-phase power supplies.
