3. The equipment quality guarantee period is 12 months (from the date of shipment). During the warranty period, if the product has a quality problem (excluding damage caused by violation of the operating specifications), the company will repair it free of charge. 4. Accept customer consultation throughout the day. If the product you use fails, please inform in time. The maintenance staff will contact you as soon as possible and handle the problem for you within 12 hours.
