II. After-Sales Service Commitment
1. To ensure product quality, all products are strictly inspected before leaving the factory. A product qualification certificate and product instruction manual are included upon shipment;
2. We can provide technical training for users and provide equipment maintenance materials;
3. The equipment quality assurance period is 12 months (from the date of shipment). Within the warranty period, if the user's product has quality problems (excluding damage caused by violating operating specifications), our company is responsible for free repair. After the warranty period, our company continues to provide long-term repair services for the product, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment for many years, and providing spare parts to users at favorable prices;
4. We accept user inquiries 24/7. If the product you are using malfunctions, please inform us immediately. Our maintenance personnel will contact you as soon as possible and handle the problem within 12 hours;
