Floor Mounted Cabinet Type FCU

FP series fan coil unit is the end air-conditioning equipment which is mostly suitable and applicable in horizontal ceiling mounted installation. The features of the unit are as below:
1) The nominal air flow rate is in a range form 340m3/h to 3070m3/h. Cooling capacity is ranging from 1.714kw to 18.796kw. The selective models of the unit are either of standard static type or high static type.
2) The rate of air flow and cooling capacity of the unit are adjustable, its suitability and flexibility allow the unit to be coupled with the valve package, temperature control for the automatic control system freely.
3) Model FP unit is fabricated of galvanized steel casing complete with forward curved metal constructed DIDW centrifugal low noise fan drive by PSC motor with ball bearing shaft. Having been well balanced, the fan shall be operating in proper and stable rotation.
4) Standard coils are made of seamless copper tubes mechanically bonded to high-heat-transfer designed rippied surface slit profile aluminum fins. All coils can be assured of high efficient quality as all of them have passed a factory pressure test of 2.4MPa for leakage prior to unit assembly.
5) 3-row coils are designed for standard 2-pipe system, 3-row coils (i.e. 2-row cooling / heating) for 4-pipe system as option according to user's requirement.

Inverter is optional for customers:
It is designed to provide client a free and easy control of air flow discharge, static pressure and control of sound power level of the A/C unit which the ordinary A/C units shall not be provided. In order to have the simple and convenient operation with high efficiency for the A/C unit, all technical data of time for application, air flow rate adjustment and rate of noise reduction shall be set on the screen of control system of inverter. It is applicable for the inverter to couple with the motor of various rotating speed and suitable for 3 phase power supply.eeds and is suitable for three-phase power supplies.
