Malaysian Overseas Projects

For the overseas project, the customer has specifically raised several requirements, including the power supply standard for the project location and the need for unit dimensions that can fit into shipping containers. Additionally, the installation process must be simple and quick to minimize installation time. The project calls for a packaged air-conditioning unit with a cooling capacity of 330 kW, operating on a power supply of 415V/3PH/50Hz. In response to these customer requirements, we recommend a direct-expansion evaporative-cooling packaged air-conditioning unit equipped with multiple scroll compressors, enabling multi-stage adjustment of cooling capacity. Compared to air-cooled outdoor units, evaporative-cooling outdoor units feature smaller dimensions, lower power consumption, and higher efficiency. Moreover, compared to water-cooled direct-expansion units, evaporative-cooling units do not require cooling towers or cooling water systems, significantly saving space in shipping containers. Furthermore, there’s no need to install a separate cooling water system during construction—only simple copper piping connections between the indoor and outdoor units are required, which greatly reduces installation time and lowers installation costs. At the same time, the integrated automatic control system of the evaporative-cooling direct-expansion packaged air-conditioning unit is user-friendly and easy to operate; the customer only needs to provide a power supply to enable the unit to automatically maintain the set temperature.
