In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice of the State Council on Issuing the Comprehensive Work Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period" (Guofa [2021] No. 33), by 2025, all newly constructed buildings in urban areas will fully implement green building standards. Our company will actively promote the transformation of ultra-low energy consumption buildings to contribute to the national goal of green and low-carbon development.

This includes the urban green energy-saving renovation project. It comprehensively promotes green urban planning, green construction, and green operation and management, and promotes the construction of low-carbon cities, resilient cities, sponge cities, and "zero-waste cities." It comprehensively improves building energy efficiency standards, accelerates the development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings, and actively promotes energy efficiency renovations of existing buildings and the construction of building-integrated photovoltaics. It promotes clean heating in northern regions as appropriate, and accelerates the large-scale application of industrial waste heat and renewable energy in urban heating. It implements a green and efficient refrigeration action, focusing on building central air conditioning, data centers, business industrial parks, and cold chain logistics, upgrading refrigeration technologies and equipment, optimizing load supply and demand matching, and significantly improving the energy efficiency of refrigeration systems. It implements a public water supply network leakage control project. By 2025, all newly constructed buildings in urban areas will fully implement green building standards, and the proportion of clean heating and the market share of green and efficient refrigeration products in urban areas will significantly increase.

To thoroughly implement the national "14th Five-Year Plan" comprehensive work plan for energy conservation and emission reduction, and actively respond to the strategic goals of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality," our company will comprehensively promote urban green energy-saving transformation projects, driven by technological innovation and guided by green and low-carbon development, to help build an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly society.
